Admission to the Bar of the Court of Appeals

At this time all attorney admissions will be conducted remotely at the standard fee. Directions and documents:

The form above must be signed by two attorneys who are members of this Court and who can attest to your personal and professional character. Attorneys must register in the Court of Appeals EFAST system after being admitted.

You can also request an application form and instruction to be sent by mail to you. Contact the clerk’s office for assistance.

*If you need your application expedited, it is your responsibility to notify the Clerk’s Office.

Out-of-State or Absentia Admittance

If you are a member of the Georgia Bar, but reside outside the State of Georgia, you may be admitted in absentia to practice in this Court, by having an out-of-state judge administer the Oath and complete the form below.
